Why “Wait For It Seattle”
Seattle sports fans are not like other sports fans.
We are forced to wait.
And wait. And wait.
What are we waiting for? A championship. Hell, now we even wait for a team to return – thanks Clay and David Stern. We wait for a team to be competitive. We wait for a team to win consistently. While everyone else enjoys success every few years, we wait. That is what we are taught to do and we practice waiting year after year after year. Not because we want to, but because we root for Seattle teams and that is just the way it is.
Wait For It Seattle. Some day our wait will be over.
Hey Brian, I have some request/advice for you. I just found out about this site after reading the SeaTownSports mailbag, and really like the content.
I’ve found it hard to navigate the site with your posts not being “cut off” at somewhere like the second paragraph like SeaTown Sports does it. It makes it a bit more organized and allows me and other readers to see other articles you have written more easily.
